A Teacher's Guide to Hybrid Learning
During the Spring of 2020, when the world entered a state of pandemic due to COVID-19, schools in the U.S. were quickly forced to adapt to a remote learning environment. As states began to manage the COVID-19 crisis, schools prepared to begin both in-person and remote learning for students. Now known as Hybrid Learning, schools must be equipped with COVID-19 protocols in place for both the physical facility, as well as being able to teach students on campus and at home.
Teachers across the globe are changing adapting the way they teach in this new environment. From staggered teaching schedules and cohorts to video conferences and interactive tools, teachers are looking for new ways to interact with students who cannot be physically present, while managing to keep their lessons alive and monitor student work for understanding.
